ARTWORK REQUIREMENT
- We only accept spot-color-artwork. It means artwork should not have gradation, no shadowing, no offset printing (4-color-process). Every color must be solid. - All artwork including logo and texts must convert into outlines (vector-based artwork) and color-separatable. You must have a graphic artist help you outline the artwork before uploading artwork from our website. - Required format: eps., ai., pdf., or cdr.. If to send a one-color artwork by jpg. format, artwork must be black-and-white; resolution of the image must be at least 300dpi and size twice as large as indicated for the product decoration size. Any non-listed format or non-vector-based artwork will be rejected and order process will be delayed. Our art department will contact you about the artwork and possible charges to add onto your order for recreating the artwork. - You can also choose to decorate products with texts only. To do so, you can enter up to 4 lines, select desired font type. Each line cannot exceed 20 characters. - If for any reason the artwork seems unusable, our art department will contact you directly through email. We might ask you to provide better artwork. This will slow down the order process. (Please see above for file requirement)

HOW TO ORDER
- Search product by entering keyword(s), product number, or simply browse through our online catalog by categories. - You can choose to purchase blank (undecorated) or with customization. Product customizing options vary for each item. Extra charges will add if customization is selected. Please pay attention to charges added for your decorated orders. - All customizing orders require logo artwork or you can choose to type in texts in the line fields provided on the product page. Please upload artwork after order placed and email confirmation letter received by clicking “ARTWORK” on the top of page. Do not forget to put your full name and order number for us to reference the artwork. (see below for ARTWORK REQUIREMENT) - After placing order with us you will receive an email confirmation letter from us within 24-48 hours. Credit card will be charged at the same time as confirmation letter being sent. We will contact you either by email or phone/cell if there is any order or charge related problem. Order process will slow down if any artwork, order, or charge related problem occurs. - If any instruction is needed to better explain the desired customization please type In instruction on every product page under “Imprint/Embroidery Instruction” - All discounts require promotional codes and codes are to type in during check-out process. - Blank orders will ship in 2-3 business days. Decorated orders will ship in 2-3 weeks (10 to 15 working days) depending on factory production schedule and quantity ordered. - Any question regarding how to place order, please call 1-800-968-8099 and our Customer Service Representative will be glad to assist you.

SHIPPING & RETURN
- All orders subject to a $5 handling charge. - Shipping charge is determined by the weight of merchandise and delivery types. Freight selections will show at time of check-out. - Charges are calculated before taxes. - Once order is shipped, it should arrive in 5 to 7 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). - All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx service. Once order is shipped an email will be sent to you to notify with tracking number. You can track the package by clicking “ORDER TRACKING” on top of our page. - Decorated orders are not returnable or refundable, no exceptions. Undecorated merchandise can be returned and refunded for a 20% Restocking Fee. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. - To return, please call 1-800-968-8099 to obtain a RA number. You will be responsible for the return freight. Once return package(s) have been received and processed we will issue a credit back onto your card excluding 20% Restocking Fee plus Freight and Handling.
