Sending Artwork to Us
You can send the original digital files via the Internet by upload it on this page. We current accept following formats: .jpg, .gif, .ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .tiff. Maximum file upload size is 3MB. If you have any question, please click here to contact us.

File Format Requirement
ai., eps., pdf., psd.. For jpeg, gif and tiff files, high resolution images are required (600-1200dpi and above minimum) and image files must be twice of the imprint size.

Artwork Requirements
Camera ready art should be black and white only with crispy edges. If imprints are multiple colors, please provide color-separated art ( please contact us at 1-800-968-8099 if you have questions regarding artwork).

Digital Artwork
PC compatible art only.

Acceptable Software
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Fonts
All fonts and artwork itself must be converted into “outlines/curves”, also known as “vectors”.

Embroidery Tape
Format should be “dst.”

Embroidery Tape Digitizing
Artwork should be sized to desired standard size that we offer for the item. Digitizing charges is based on embroidery sizes. (Any question please contact Customer Service)
